Apple & Cinnamon Protein Oats


  • 1 apple, finely chopped or grated
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 50g oats
  • 400g milk (I used 200g coconut cream/200g water)
  • 1 tsp chia seeds


Heat in saucepan and stir until cooked through and thickened.

Add scoop of vanilla protein.

Top with crushed nuts or your choice of toppings and serve.

*Makes 2 serves.

*I add protein to individual serves.
