Berry Cacao Chia Pudding


  • 1L Coconut Milk (I like Pure Harvest brand)
  • 7 tbs chia seeds
  • 4 tbs rice malt syrup (or honey)
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tbs raw cacao powder
  • 1 tbs Bare Blends Bare Berries (optional)

Method: Place all ingredients in a large bowl.  Mix well. Pour into a container or individual servings. After 5 minutes, mix again to ensure all chia seeds are mixed in. Store in fridge for 3-4 days and serve with fruit, muesli, fresh berries, etc. I love these topped with my Hazelnut Protein Crunch!!!  EPIC!! Or simply leave out the cacao & berry for a vanilla coconut pudding x
