Choc Nutty Oats


  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 20g chocolate protein powder (I use PranaOn Hazelnut Nut Cacao)
  • 1/4 cup berries
  • 2 tsp 100% peanut butter


  1. Add oats, milk and chia seeds to a saucepan or microwave safe container.  Add additional water to cover oats for desired consistency depending on cooking method.
  2. Cook using your preferred method. (I stir in saucepan for approx 10minutes)
  3. Add protein powder and mix through.  Add more water if necessary.
  4. Pour into bowl.
  5. Top with berries and peanut butter.
  6. Serve.
