Creamy Cauliflower Sauce



  1. Use a food processor to chop onion and garlic. Add to saucepan with oil. Cook until softened.
  2. Use a food processor to chop cauliflower into very small pieces.
  3. Add stock concentrate, water and chopped cauliflower to the pan. Cook for approximately 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until all ingredients have softened.
  4. Allow to cool, return mixture to food processor and blitz at high speed to blend together. Blitz until desired consistency is achieved.

**optional: For a cheesy alternative, add 40g of shredded parmesan cheese during step 3.
