– 1 1/2 cups hazelnuts
– 1 firmly packed cup of medjool dates
– 1/2 cup raw cacao powder
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Lightly toast hazelnuts in a moderate oven for approximately 10-15 minutes (until fragrant/skins starting to crack). When slightly cooled, rub together to remove skins (most..not essential).
Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend on high speed until mixture is combined.
Roll into balls and roll in coconut, crushed hazelnuts or leave as is!
