Goji Berry Nut Bliss Balls


  • 1 cup macadamias
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 cup firmly packed medjool dates
  • 1/2 cup cacao powder
  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
  • 2 tbs chia seeds
  • 2 tbs LSA mix
  • 1/4 cup buckwheat kernals
  • 1/4 cup goji berries


Add all ingredients except goji berries and buckwheat to food processor and blend until combined.

Add buckwheat and goji berries and blend for additional 20 seconds.

Roll into balls, cover in additional coconut and store in fridge/freezer.

Best served chilled.
