Homemade Fish & Chips


  • 1 piece x 110g Salmon or White Fish
  • 1 Medium Zucchini
  • 150g Sweet Potato
  • 1 tsp Coconut Oil
  • Salt and pepper, Herbamare, to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Cut up sweet potato into “chips”.  Drizzle with coconut oil and salt/pepper.
  3. Place in oven and set timer for 15 minutes.
  4. After 15minutes, add sliced zucchini and salmon to baking tray.
  5. Bake for another 15 minutes or until cooked.
