• 1 tbs chia seeds
  • 1 tbs sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbs linseeds
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbs tahini
  • 1 tbs coconut oil
  • 1 cup medjool dates, pitted

Combine all ingredients and roll into balls.  Store in refrigerator.
