Orange Ginger Bowl

A great smoothie bowl to fight off an unwanted cold or flu!

  • 1 orange, peeled
  • 1/2 cup icy water
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 serve vanilla protein powder
  • 2 cm piece of ginger

Combine all ingredients in a blender, pour into a bowl and top with desired toppings.  Pictured is chia seeds, shredded coconut, hemp seeds and strawberries – yum!
