Protein Chocolate Mousse


A post workout or high protein snack delight!

  • 1 banana
  • 1 serve chocolate protein powder (I used Hazelnut Primal Protein by PranaOn)
  • 1 tbs raw cacao powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 1 tbs pure maple syrup

Blend until smooth and combined and top with your favourite toppings!  I used chia seeds, hemp seeds, chopped hazelnuts, shredded coconut and goji berries for a nutrient dense hit!

And no, you can’t taste the avocado even if you don’t like avocado!
