Raw Chocolate


  • 1 cup coconut oil
  • 3/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 3 tbs raw cacao powder
  • 1/2 hazelnuts, roughly chopped

Melt coconut oil, maple syrup and cacao powder over low heat until smooth and combined.  Add roughly chopped hazelnuts and stir through.

Pour in a lined baking tray and set in freezer for at least 30 minutes.  Break into small pieces and return to freezer or simply break as you go!  Enjoy 🙂

Note:  You can add dried fruit, berries, other nuts, or whatever you like really!  Simple, flexible & delicious!
