Catering for individual needs and budgets, we offer the following services:

1 on 1 Personal Training

If you have a specific goal, or are looking for a major transformation in your mind, body, fitness & lifestyle, these sessions filled with ultimate support & guidance are for you.

1 on 1 Personal Training sessions are held either outdoors or in Amanda’s or Kyrsten’s private studio gym.  The sessions run for 30 minutes and you are advised to warm up and cool down in your own time to make the most of it!

Each session is individually designed according to you and your goals and can include:

  • Progress tracking (measurements & photographs);
  • 24/7 online support and advice;
  • Nutrition advice;
  • Weekly food diary assessment;and
  • Lifestyle support.

Ladies Only Gym & Outdoor Group Fitness

Unlike traditional bootcamps, our group sessions are fun and supportive surrounded by positive and beautiful women.  Each session is different incorporating boxing, plyometrics, cardio and weights. These sessions cater for all fitness levels from beginner through to advanced.

With a strong emphasis on correct form, the sessions will be fat blasting, toning and sculpting of our arms, abs, butt and thighs!

Small Group sessions are available in Amanda’s private home studio gym, together with outdoor group fitness in surrounding recreational areas.

Group sessions are currently available at Hatton Vale, Gatton and Plainland in the Lockyer Valley, QLD.

Small Group PT

A great way for personal training to be affordable, get a friend, and come and train together! Smaller and more personal than bootcamps, these sessions help you achieve your results faster and can be scheduled to fit in with your timetable. Have fun and share the journey together, and keep each other accountable!

Online Training

Can’t make our sessions? We offer online coaching and programs where you have access to workout videos, nutrition plans, mindset coaching, accountability and support to help you reach your goals.
