I don’t like focusing on what you look like, but how you feel. This is what is important to me!
Why did I become a Personal Trainer?
After having Zachary, I entered into the mindset of weightloss. But I soon realised it needs to be so much more than this to achieve consistency.. So many people calorie count, restrict, obsess over the scales, and get upset when they show little to no difference despite their seemingly large amount of effort. Or get results, but soon reverse any progress they had made.
But what happens if you focus on how it makes you feel? What happens if you exercise and make good food choices based on love and care for your body, rather than dislike? You will soon realise that weightloss becomes effortless, that any changes you do enforce become maintainable, that you appreciate your body and all it can do, that the scales do not mean a thing, that you can become the best version of yourself without a diet. You will focus on your clearer mind, and your more energetic body, and your less bloated stomach. And this is what keeps you going longterm more than any scale results (which can be inaccurate anyway!)
Focusing on your mind and body, you can change the way you think, the way you feel, and the way you look. And I want to help people do this! I want to change your perception and what you thought you needed to do to lose the weight. I want your results to last.
I wanted to help people change the way they FEEL. I wanted to inspire people to change their LIFE. I wanted to help people love their body, the way I have learnt to love mine.
I wanted to offer a service that wasn’t just how much fat you burn in a one hour long session, but to teach and share ways and provide lifestyle advice to reach your ongoing potential. To create behaviours and skills to take you into the future, with no end date.
What limiting behaviours and beliefs have stopped you reaching your goals? What can you do behind the scenes to ensure overall success and wellbeing? We need to realise that our mind and body is connected, and without working on both, we will only achieve half the results.
Knowledge is power. Self love is life changing. Do it because you love yourself not because you hate yourself and you will see changes you’ve never seen before.

I love helping people achieve more than what they thought they could. I love hearing the positivity and pride that comes following a workout with me. I provide advice regarding nutrition, stretching techniques and recovery outside of the sessions to ensure you are getting the most out of it.
I studied with the best, to deliver only the best. My knowledge combined with my passion towards changing lives in a positive supportive environment can guarantee results, in all aspects in life.
