I love the support! I’m a person that needs to be pushed and in every session it’s fantastic to have the other ladies encouraging, laughing and pushing together. I also love that every level of fitness is catered for so no one is left out or made to feel awkward.
I had recently moved to the area and was looking for somewhere to get my fitness levels back. Amanda was recommended and after speaking to her and hearing her passion, enthusiasm and happiness I was keen. I haven’t regretted my choice. I love every session and I now feel a part of the ALF family. I have new friends, a happier life and a healthier body.
I have really enjoyed attending the classes and love the extra energy I have. This is definitely the best group I have joined and the support and encouragement from Amanda and the ladies is amazing. I really am enjoying my journey.

I have been training with ALF for 12 months now and I couldn’t recommend Amanda and Kyrsten enough, this year has literally changed my life. From 12 months ago, I am a much more confident, happy, energetic person, I feel like I have found myself again after losing who I was a bit after having my kids. It is the most inclusive supportive group of women I have ever met, I actually look forward to training every day which is a massive deal for me. This is the longest I have ever stuck with exercise and good nutrition in my life, and I don’t plan on stopping any time soon! Get on board, you will not regret it for one minute.
I started with Amanda and ALF Health 8 months ago. What I love about ALF health is that you can fit training into your hectic schedule. With sessions available after school drop offs and after school pick ups. You meet like minded ladies, your having a Social outing with some fantastic laughs and you get to focus on yourself and your fitness and health. All with your children close by. Every session is unique and all levels of fitness are catered for. Amanda’s passion for health and fitness is very contagious and she will have you pushing limits and achieve goals in no time at all.
Since joining ALF back in March I have gained back confidence I never though I would. Training with kyrsten at gatton has allowed me to remember I am as strong as my mind let’s me be and she is always there to remind myself and anyone else of this. ALF has helped me grow both physically and mentally over the past few months through the kindness and support given by Amanda and kyrsten during training and also on days Where I feel down and need a reminder of what I’ve done and what I am capable of doing. This is a community full of supportive women who train hard and have fun at the same time.
I joined ALF Health and started training with Amanda at group park sessions in January this year.Amanda is absolutely amazing, not just as a PT, but as a person overall.I love attending Amanda’s group park sessions, she is so supportive, friendly and encouraging, I love how she gently pushes you to go that little further when she knows you can, and will also help out with an alternative if needed.I love how every session is different, challenging, but always fulfilling afterwards.I love that children are welcomed at the park sessions and I love the fun, friendly, supportive, encouraging environment, I’ve met so many wonderful new people.Thanks to Amanda and Kyrsten my life has changed so much, my physical and mental health has improved enormously.I never knew I could become to love exercising so much, and to think how scared I was to get started because I had never done any kind of group activity/exercises before, now i can’t imagine not doing them.
I have been training with Amanda for 12 months now and I travel over half an hour, numerous times a week to train with Amanda and the ALF Tribe!! Sure I could travel to gyms closer to me, but I wouldn’t receive any where near the same level of love and attention that Amanda gives at every session!! Amanda’s level of professionalism and attention to clients at each session amazes me, you’re not just a number to Amanda, you’re part of her ALF family. She offers alternatives where needed, whether it be for pelvic floor, injury or ability, and she also works you that bit harder when she knows you’ve got more to give so that you are getting the results you want. I absolutely love Amanda and the Tribe that she has created and am so thankful that I found them!!
Something a lot of people don't realise is that whilst Amanda creates an amazing and inclusive space for mums and bubs, she also has quite a number of older clients in her tribe! I started training with Amanda and Alf Health in January of last year. Whilst my journey wasn't about weight loss, it was certainly about wellness and health issues including mental ones. As an over 50 there a certain things that tend to catch up with you after that much life! Amanda has been amazing at creating seamless alternatives so I can continue to achieve and be happy with my workouts and results. I am not a competitive person with others, as I hate the thought that there is a loser, however with myself I am very harsh, but I love seeing the energy and always striving attitude that Amanda brings out in us all!! Since coming on as a PT with Amanda, Kyrsten has also been an incredible support. We started doing workouts together and now she is training us all which is amazing. I would call these women my dream team and I look forward to many more years of laughter and fun with them both. X

I started training with Amanda nearly a year ago now and had never done any kind of fitness classes ever before. To say I was anxious on the first day was an understatement, but after the first week I was hooked. Love the energy of the classes, the positive motivation not only from the trainers but also the other ladies, the kid friendly sessions, the friendships I’ve made and it’s also fantastic for not only my physical health but my mental wellbeing aswell!!

I've been training with ALF Health for close to a year & a half now & haven't looked back! I'd never done any form of gym or fitness classes before starting so was very nervous but from the beginning everyone was lovely especially Amanda. She helps with anything, big or small & was a huge support to me. And still is! Her sessions are always different which is great & keeps my body guessing. I love that she offers nutrition advice, stocks supplements & runs body scans every few months. She just goes above & beyond what I thought a trainer would provide. Now that Kyrsten is on board it's even more amazing! They're a great team & I wouldn't want to train with anyone else.
What a difference getting out the house to exercise as well as enjoy your trainers!! One of the best decisions I have made for “me” in a long time! Highly recommend!! Thanks Amanda for bringing this to Gatton xx

I have finally found a trainer in the Valley who is knowledgeable, caring and so passionate about her training, and her clients. I had heard about Amanda through a few different women and started stalking this page �. I was never an exercise kind of person, but I was keen to start. With all the praise I was hearing, and all the happy faces I was seeing, I thought I would give ALF a go. I never expected to last a month before quitting. I was terrified of being judged by others, not being fit enough to keep up, meeting new people, failing etc. But I have now been actively attending for around 10 months and LOVE it. The support you get from Amanda and the other women is amazing. I have never once felt anything but accepted and am so grateful in SO many ways that I jumped out of my comfort zone and joined.
I have been with ALF for over a yr!! Im happier and healthier then I have been in a very long time. Plus being a shift worker Amanda has a range of times that suit my roster. Thanks Amanda �

Today I finished my first block of 20 sessions with Amanda and I will definitely be going back again! Not only have I lost weight, but I am physically and mentally much more fit than I was before! The exercise along with my personalised nutrition plan has given me so much more energy, I'm less tired and I'm healthier! In fact the whole family is because they have to eat what I eat ;)As mums we often put ourselves last, but this is something I think we all need! All the women are fantastic and empowering. Amanda is great! Her sessions cater for all fitness levels and are always varied. You never know what you're walking into! She is motivating, encouraging and committed. I sat back for 6 months or more contemplating starting but was worried about my fitness level and came up with every excuse not to do it. When I finally took the plunge I found I actually really enjoy it and after a few months I can already notice changes I now wish I started long ago. I also love that I can bring my kids with me to the sessions. It makes it so much easier. They love it too! My son always thanks me for taking him to the park
I have only been going to ALF Health for a few months but I am already noticing a difference. Amanda is fantastic as she works to your limits but still gets the most out of you. So glad I took the plunge. 🙂

Amanda is amazing! The sessions are challenging yet fun but she tailors to every level of fitness. Also she really does provide 24/7 support always replying to messages and questions with awesome advice. Best thing i have ever done for myself!
I love going to Amanda's classes. Not only is it convenient as I can bring my kids to the mums groups but she is the first trainer I have had that knows how to adjust a workout to cater for my abdominal diastisis (tummy muscle separation). I feel so much happier in myself and have so much more energy. Amanda is amazing!!!!
I have been working with Amanda now for 6 week's. I arrived at 100kg's with a body fat percentage of 28% but with a goal of 92kg's and 18% bodyfat. Amanda doesn't take my excuses- I told her not to listen to my complaining...... Amanda is extremely organised and is allways ready to go with a great session planned. I'm currently at 95.8kg's and on target to hit 92kg's in 5 week's time. Amanda is the BEST Pt I have trained with- keep up the great work....Sorry for my whinging!!!

Amanda is absolutely amazing! We had a family wedding to go to. As I was doing an 8 week challenge and was unable to train all weekend, Amanda bought her stuff up so we could do a workout together. Helped me keep on track while I was away. Very professional and friendly. Amazing service.

As someone who finds both exercise and nutrition quite challenging (and someone who has a lot of extra 'padding'), I admit I was quite hesitant heading into my fitness and nutrition sessions with Amanda. But she made me feel really comfortable and even proud of myself at the end of each session - after our last session doing boxing I even went so far as to say that it was FUN!! I love the personalised care and her home gym is the perfect set up, especially for people like me who can feel a bit overwhelmed and intimidated in a busy gym environment. I'm looking forward to attending some of the group classes this week, especially mums and bubs - myself and many of my friends have to schedule and work around our little people, and being able to involve them and still take care of ourselves is a wonderful option to have!
I would just love to thank Amanda for all her help with family nutrition ideas & exercise plans for not only myself and my partner but some fun active lifestyle ideas for Mr 5. Her guidance to help give nutritional and healthy alternatives to everyday favorite family meals has been fantastic, with minimal to no compromise in taste! Also showing me great alternatives / choices when it comes to pre-packaged foods. The difference made in not only cm's lost but our general health over the last few months has been amazing.
